All CROSS Leather Accessories are handcrafted by experienced craftsmen in CROSS's factories. CROSS Takes utmost care to ensure that each product satisfies your expectations. In the rare probability, it does not, the limited warranty covers WORKMANSHIP DEFECTS 180 days from the date of purchase. A valid sales receipt must be included to show that the product was purchased within the warranty period. we would be glad to exchange, replace with the same/equivalent style or repair the Product once the Product is inspected and a defect is found due to Manufacturer's workmanship. We do not cover defects caused due to improper usage, normal day to day wear and tear, damage caused by contacts with rough or sharp surfaces, exposure to excessive heat or moisture, unauthorized service. We will be happy to exchange the Product within 15 days from the date of purchase if they are returned in UNUSED and SALEABLE Condition along with the purchase invoice.
