      What a way to dupe the customer. Bought this machine to make authentic south Indian coffee, but instead this machine makes basic brew Coffee. The concoction is very watery and when mixed with milk, it tastes watery. I have a steel manual coffee filter which makes better concoction. I also have Wonderchef Pronto machine which makes better black coffee any day. Waste of money, avoid this if you want authentic coffee taste

      The lid doesn't get fixed inside well ,it's just lightly placed on the top where we pour water. Hence keeps on sliding and water remains uncovered at times if we are not attentive to it.
      Rest all good , been using it for few years .
